Work with us
Every college and university already has its own careers calendar, employer relationships and ways of working. We start by understanding yours, then agree what we bring to it.
Two ways to work with us
Our full, ready-designed programme: a Motivational Speaker Day, two Careers Days and three months of follow-up, funded by employer partners.
See the programme →For institutions with their own events, or needs the full programme does not fit. We agree the format with you and work on it as one team.
How it works ↓How it works
We meet your careers team to understand what you already run, who your students are, which employers you work with, what is working and where the gaps are. We also cover your calendar, your spaces and any constraints.
We set out options and agree one with you. That might be the full Powering Futures programme, one part of it, a smaller and more focused event, or support built around an event you already run.
We agree a shared project plan with named leads on both sides, clear responsibilities, milestones and review points, so everyone knows who is doing what and by when.
We deliver alongside your team and report back on what happened: attendance, engagement, employer involvement and what students went on to do. You may verify any figure.
The scoping session
The session is a conversation, not a sales pitch. Nothing agreed in it is a contract.
Whichever route you choose
You approve every employer approach before anyone is confirmed
Employers you already work with are never charged
Student details reach an employer only with recorded consent
Every partner works under your safeguarding policy
No fee to students, ever
Next step
Tell us a little about your institution and your careers events, and we will arrange a scoping session at a time that suits your team.
